Step by Step

1. Step 1 BEFORE YOU BEGIN: Prep those nails! Follow our OPI Salon Pro prep basics.
2. Step 2 Apply a thin coat of Base Coat, leaving a thin perimeter at the cuticle line. Immediately dip/pour over Powder Perfection Happy Play-ce. Lightly brushaway excess powder with a clean cosmetic brush.
3. Step 3 Apply a thin coat of Base Coat to the entire nail and , immediately dip/pour over Happy Play-ce. Lightly brush away excess powder
4. Step 4 Apply a coat of PowderPerfection Base Coat to the nail and immediately dip/ pour on Clear Color Set Powder. Lightly brush away excess powder. Apply a generous coat of Activator to on the entire nail and cap the edge, then allow to dry for 4 minutes
5. Step 5 Refine the shape as needed starting with a 180-grit file.Buff the nail with a 100/180-grit buffer, followed by 220-grit buffer. Brush away any dust
6. Step 6 Apply a generous coat of Activator and cap the edge.Allow to dry for 4 minutes. Use a dry nail wipe to remove any excess activator
7. Step 7 Apply a coat of Powder Perfection Top Coat. Allow to dry for 4 minutes. Repeat for high shine.
8. Step 8 Using a detail brush and GelColor Alpine Snow™ create cloud shapes on the nail. DO NOT CURE
9. Step 9 Pour Powder Perfection Hands in the Clouds over the uncured GelColor. Allow to saturate for 30 seconds. Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light.
10. Step 10 Create smaller cloud shapes within the first clouds and pour over Powder Perfection Keep it Surreal. Cure for 30 seconds. Remove any remaining powder residue with a nail wipe saturated with N.A.S. 99 Cleansing Solution
11. Step 11 Apply ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil to the base of each nail and massage in.
