OPI is available at professional salons, OPI.com, ULTA, ULTA.com, Target, Target.com, and Amazon.com. xPRESS/ON and On Point press-on nails are available at premium stores, drugstores, mass outlets, and other authorized retailers such as OPI.com.

My favorite OPI Nail Lacquer has been discontinued. Where can I get it?
OPI curates its color assortment each year to maintain a shade range of about 200 colors. In addition, there are two limited-edition seasonal holiday and summer collections. Your local authorized OPI distributor receives a list of discontinued shades at the end of each year. Check with them to see if they still have the shade in inventory. Why does my favorite OPI color look different?
At OPI, we have many iconic colors that have withstood the test of time. Some shades were first launched more than 35 years ago! Slight color changes can occur due to the age of the polish, storage conditions, and differences in formula technology. Shades will have nuances across lacquer, gel polish, and dipping powder, or you might notice your Nail Lacquer shades shifting a bit more yellow over time. This is due to the yellowing of the film former in the polish. Storing polish in a dark, cool place can help to protect the shade. We take our role as a color authority very seriously and are continuously resetting standards to minimize these deviations.
Do nails need to breathe?
No! Nails are composed of keratin layers that create a hard plate. Though they don’t need to breathe, we understand that sometimes you want to give them a break, and Repair Mode™ and cuticle oil are perfect for that moment. Repair Mode™ is a bond-building nail serum that provides 99% nail keratin repair and 4x stronger nails when used as directed. Cuticle Oil is ultra-nourishing, helping to protect, replenish, and strengthen cuticles.
How long is my OPI product good for?
Each OPI product has an icon on the back of the bottle that looks like an open round container with a number of months. This is the Period After Opening (PAO) date, so you know how long you have to use the product once opened. For example, Nail Lacquers have 24M and should be used within 24 months of opening.
My bottle cap is stuck! How do I fix this?
Flip the bottle over and drop a few drops of nail polish remover inside the cap. Let sit for 1-21 to 2 minutes, then flip it back over. If it’s not budging, submerge the bottle in a bowl of hot water for up to 3 minutes, then carefully remove the bottle and unscrew it. If you are having trouble getting a good hold on the cap, wrap the cap with a rubber glove for extra grip! Do not press down on the cap or put pressure on the bottle to try to remove it. Be sure to remove excess formula around the cap after application.
How should I properly store my lacquers?
Lacquers should be stored in a cool, dry place, standing upright, and not in direct sunlight.

Does OPI.com ship to Canada and/or Puerto Rico?
OPI.com does not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. However, you can order directly through My Wella Store or Customer Service to receive orders in these countries.
